Al Qaswa & Al Awali Districts – Madinah

Al-Qaswa is considered one of the most prominent modern, upscale neighborhoods located in the southwestern part of Medina, within the boundaries of the Haram (Sacred Precinct). The neighborhood is distinguished by its excellent urban planning and a strong emphasis on quality of life and expanding green spaces; it is situated approximately 4 kilometers from the Quba Mosque. Historically known as "Al-Aliyah," Al-Awali is one of the city's most established residential neighborhoods. Located to the east and southeast—extending from the Al-Baqi' area—it enjoys close proximity to the Prophet's Mosque. While it was once renowned for its abundant date palm groves, orchards, and the homes of the Ansar tribes, it has since transformed into a vibrant area teeming with residences and modern amenities.
